In Short: We collect data to help us in the seamless and safe provision of our services to you the customer.

In order for us to provide you with our tech education services, we need to collect personal data for us to know which courses you have booked, provide timely and relevant communications about your booking(s), inform you of any health, education or safety issues with your child, keep accurate records for accounting and logistics of running a course. In any event, we are committed to ensuring that the information we collect and use is appropriate for this purpose, and does not constitute an invasion of your privacy. In terms of being contacted for marketing purposes KC Tutoring would contact you for additional consent.

• To post testimonials. We post testimonials on our website that may contain personal information. Prior to posting a testimonial, we will obtain your consent to use your name and      testimonial. 10. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES  

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. No uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this Privacy Policy.
